《PTS Online Tutor公視線上教育宅急便》以及《公視兒少教育資源網》皆為免費服務，使用者僅需要註冊會員即可使用。
請先登入會員，至【領域分類】、【內容形式】等欄位尋找想觀看的課程，點擊【立即觀看】按鈕 ，即可進入教室觀看影片學習。
每部課程時間約為15分鐘左右，課後可進行測驗檢視學習狀況。
若您為在職教師，本研習可核發研習時數。註冊會員、輸入身分證字號後，看完本網站影片並完成測驗，即可獲得研習時數。
採計方式如下：
1. 研習時數以小時為採計單位，完成4部影片課程，核發1小時研習時數；完成8部影片課程，核發2小時研習時數，以此類推。
2. 每部影片測驗共有五題，答對三題以上即可通過測驗。
3. 重覆觀看同一影片，研習時數只採計一次。
4. 請勿調整影片時間軸及播放速度、請勿點選連結至YouTube平臺觀看，以免研習時數無法正常採計。
研習時數將由合作單位修課期間結束後，於指定時間核發至您《全國教師在職進修資訊網》帳戶當中，無法即時匯入，請見諒。
課程皆可以重複點選觀看，中途離開，下次仍可以繼續將課程影片觀看完畢。
唯下次回訪課程網頁時，課程影片必須要從頭開始觀看完畢，並勿調整影片時間軸及播放速度，課後測驗題才會開放作答。
可以。「修課期間」僅代表採計研習時數的時效範圍，修課期間過後課程不會下架，可以繼續觀看。
【排除方式說明】
如果課程影片載入過慢或者觀看不流暢，可以嘗試下列方式來改善：
1. 請您先檢查個人的網路設備，網路訊號是否正常連線。
2. 請您返回本網站的首頁，重新整理並隨意點擊一個影片，確認網頁是否能正常瀏覽。
